Ravneet is a career banker having spent 34 years in the industry. He was Chief Executive Officer of Deutsche Bank India from 2012 to 2019 and was thereafter appointed by the regulator as Chief Executive Officer of Yes Bank Ltd, a position that he held for a year. He was also a member of Deutsche Bank’s Asia Pacific Board and an elected member of the Management Committee of the Indian Banks Association. An avid sportsman, Ravneet has long standing experience in the business-of-sport and was also part of the Advisory Board of the IPL franchise, Rajasthan Royals. He sits on the Boards of Trent Ltd and Collective Artists Network and is also on the National Sports Committee of Cll.

Sanjana is a High-Performance Coach, Sports Educator, Mind Labs Curator, and Technopreneur. With an aim to facilitate excellence and elevate high performance endeavours to peak performance, Sanjana’s expertise lies in technical skill transfer from training to podium finishes through Mind Skills Training, Biofeedback Analysis and Intervention, Performance Profiling, and Critical Moment Analysis for Olympic sports, Formula 1, and Premier Leagues. Over 25 years, Sanjana has had the privilege of working with 17 countries over nine Olympics (six Summer and three Winter), most of which are high-performance power houses, and has assisted 206 podium finishes. Sanjana is a passionate advocate of developing high-performing ecosystems and facilitation of flouring journeys. An educator over two decades, her focus lies in sports science, sports leadership, sports coaching, sports management, and health. With a vision to inspire excellence and sustainable growth in the world of high-performance, her work empowered thousands of athletes, certified hundreds of coaches and successfully upskilled several leaders of High-Performance ecosystems. Sanjana has played a pivotal role in supervision of sport scientists, as advisory to high-performance ecosystems, towards strategy and implementation of education programs, and curation of cutting-edge e-learning materials. She is a strong believer of learner empowerment and mastery, through problem-based approach pedagogy focussed on immersive implicit and explicit learning.

Having been an entrepreneur for a decade, she built India’s first Communications firm for the Sports Vertical, developing communication & commercial management plans for dynamic sports startup businesses, global enterprises, Olympic-winning athletes and Indian Leagues (Louis Philippe Cup, Pro Kabaddi League, Pro Badminton League, BasketbalL League, Pl Powerboat League, IPTL) and Sports Franchises (Bengaluru FC, UMumba , Haryana Steelers, RCB, KKR). Previous to NHA, she was on the founding team of a INR 97 Crore Media and Tech Company, working with leading, global celebrities.

She has also founded her own Sustainable Design and Refurbishment practice, focusing on holiday homes.

Sumer possesses a broad background across history, filmmaking, and sales and marketing which he brings to his role overseeing student identification, acquisition, and marketing for AISTS INDIA. This requires envisioning and executing a multi-pronged marketing plan, as well as devising approaches to attract high quality candidates to the programme. Sumer oversees the process of transforming students’ potential interest into enrollment through introducing prospective students to the field of sport management.

Mandeep oversees the design and development of the AISTS INDIA Programme. He is an AISTS alumnus with extensive experience of working with International and National Sports Federations. He has worked on mega sporting events such as FIFA U-17 World Cup, IBA World Championships, World Series of Boxing and South Asian Games.
